Very interesting article. And I agree with your comment. I am from Wisconsin and agree wholeheartedly with their decision regarding guns.
In Wisconsin as of August 21, 2013, no private or public universities, colleges, or community colleges permit weapons inside of buildings. No private universities permit weapons on campus grounds.
