To be the only translation of the hebrew and greek writings that are true?
I see the new translations are different in some places. I think one of the biggest which could be a huge deception is about the mark of the beast.

King James version of Revelations 13:16 16And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: 17And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. 18Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six. (in as in a chip)

I believe the King James Bible is the correct one as I worked with a person who helped bring about barcodeing and every bar code has 666 in it.

The newer translations say the mark will be planted on the right hand or on the forehead. (I think of something like a tattoo)
