If you want a great deal, you can drive down to Altamonte Springs. There's a buffet there called Koy Wan. It has an incredible sushi bar. Not the best quality I've ever had, but not bad. They also have a good variety of sashimi. If you're like me and like nigiri, you can load up with several different types of fish from the sashimi bar to add to your nigiri.
They also have many different types of makimono. They don't interest me very much but a lot people like them. You get to try perhaps 20 different types.
You can easily eat a couple hundred dollars worth of sushi for about $15.00
