WoW! I have 18 inch 1/2 inch torque wrench and 18 inch breaker bar and if you want to bring the cart over (village of Pinellas) I will be glad to try. HOWEVER, be warned when lug nuts are on this tight, I have had them shear off. Sounds like these were way over tightened, IMHO. Drop me a PM and we can get together.
