If I were going to do this, I would look into automotive products for fixing scratches, if this is plexiglas. If you want to fill the scratch, you will need to look into other products. A clear epoxy may work, but these tend to yellow if exposed to sunlight. You may find something at a hobby shop that could be used. If the clear portion of the is glass clear nail polish will fill the scratch and tend to make it disappear. I do not know of anything to actually repair a scratch in glass.
