I noted the wording of the story on Yahoo this morning. "Grand Jury
fails to indict officer". (Emphasis mine.) How is that in any way a failure? The grand jury did its job.
And the comments that the outcome was predetermined because there were 9 whites and only 3 blacks on the jury, as if no white would vote for indictment and no black would vote for no indictment.
