I see one major difference. This grand jury was a specific case grand jury. The one I served on dealt with more cases over a longer period.
From what I have heard it appears that presentation was likely very similar. I gather that because of comments from the Brown family attorneys who chastised the prosecutor for not taking what they described as a more aggressive role in efforts to sway the jury members. It sounds like the prosecutor was neutral in his presentation....as was my experience.
