I don't know the answer but I have had several similar issues lately on my IPad. I have had my avatar show up on everyones posts and others avitars show up on everyones posts. At one time I had gold stars all over the pages and I couldn't read anything, and have consistently had issues with the tool bar. I have assumed it is either an IPad issue with compatibility or a TOTV issue with IPads.
