We have a NEW 3 bedroom - 2 bath Jasmine Model Designer home in the village of Hillsborough. It's less than a 2 minute golf cart ride to the Manatee Village Rec Center and the Hillsborough Neighborhood Rec Center. It's a 5-6 minute golf cart ride to Brownwood, and 15 min to Lake Sumpter Landing.
This is a Brand New Home, never lived in with a view of the Evans Prairie Marsh from the front Bedroom and Breakfast Nook.

We are working on getting it ready for rent, so we don't have furnished interior pictures yet. It will be ready to rent fully furnished with all kitchen items, bedding, towels, etc. starting February 1st.

Rental Policy:
50% of Rent and $600 Security deposit due 7 days from initial agreement
Nonrefundable $100 cleaning fee and remainder of Rent due 14 days before rental begins for February/March rental, and 60 days before rental for later months.
Cancellation Policy: rent received is non-refundable unless the house is re-rented for same time period.
