While that's true, I think that most people tend to age a lot in eight years. Take a look at anyone in an eight year period of their lives and you'll see a marked difference.
The president was 45 when he was sworn in and is now 53. Go find some photos of yourself at these ages and you notice a big difference. This is also a period where many people start to get grey hair.
The POTUS has the best health care available. He has a personal physician available 24/7 and has regular checkups. I wouldn't worry too much about him.
