We are having a traditional "Italian/Southern" meal. Lentil soup, pork with sauerkraut and apples, black eyed peas, collard greens and Italian green beans with onions and tomatoes with fresh peach cobbler for dessert! Each course has a special meaning connected to health, wealth and happiness. Peach cobbler because it tastes so darn good!
