I travel that part of Morse frequently and don't have a problem in my cart. Certainly you have to be alert and aware of other traffic next to you.
The big problem, and it occurs primarily during this season, is that the increased volume of cars on the road makes it nearly impossible to make a left turn out of a neighborhood and very difficult making a right turn. The traffic becomes a continuous stream with few breaks. It seems to be better north of Rio Grande.
