Exactly. Parents and "leaders" are teaching their kids that they should be insubordinate to teachers……and police officers. Such parents and "leaders" are worse than the kids--who have age and immaturity as an excuse.

On the subject of too-young cart drivers, I don't think many of the adults involved are thinking about the anguish and then lawsuits that would ruin many lives if a preteen or teen killed somebody with the cart, and maimed/killed themselves on it.

I think the kids and grandparents/parents should be ticketed and the teen's drivers licensing postponed if they're caught speeding, driving on the streets under driving age of 16 and without a license. I think there was a case of that in Fruitland Park a few months ago.
