What kind of fences have you seen around small patio areas in the historic area? Are they tall enough to keep the dogs in? Could a person do something like that and go just enough beyond the paved or concrete area that it could be an enclosure for the dogs?

JB,

I like your style! LOL

Where theres a will theres a way, and your determined to find a way!

If it were me, I would just do it and find a way to cut the grass in that small area by hand!

Hopefully someone more qualified to answer then me will answer your post.

I heard once that if you move in with two it's okay but if one dies it cannot be replaced. Rules also varie depending on your Village location.

I think a telephone call to Ms. Monica Anderson at District Administration will get you the correct info. her number is 352-751-6719.

I'm sure I read in our covenants (South of 466) that two domestic animals per household are allowed. No size restriction. As a matter of fact, it is the biggest reason we picked TV for our retirement home.

I know many people with multple cats and dogs. Unless neighbours complain, I don't think there would be a problem with having more than two animals. (Just don't tell Fumar).

Thank you so much. This is my first time on talkofthevillages.com and I'm very impressed. Can't wait to get there!

How worried you must have been and how much lighter your heart must be.
