Greek pasta

Very nice "all in one" summery dish to serve outdoors......on the lanai.....
GREEK PASTA

3 boneless chicken breasts, grilled and sliced into strips (or diced, based on preference)

Optional: Use indoor George Foreman contact grill, or grill chicken outdoors over flame.

1 lb penne pasta
8 ounces feta cheese
2 -3 teaspoons all purpose Greek seasoning
Approx. 15 oz. fresh ripe tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup olive oil
10 garlic cloves, diced
1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, diced
6 ounces kalamata olives or any black pitted olives
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Grill boneless chicken breasts seasoned with some of the Greek Seasoning.

Slice grilled chicken on diagonal into thin strips. Set aside.

Cook pasta according to directions on the box.

Saute garlic, onion, green pepper and red pepper flakes in oil.

Toss pasta, chicken, sauteed vegetables, diced tomatoes and Feta cheese together along with the Greek Seasoning.

If you've never tried GREEK SEASONING it is great on everything.
Find it in the spice aisle. Durkee is one brand.
