This has always been a favorite for the family and friends anytime.
1 - 8" pan of cornbread (I prefer Jiffy mix) crumbled up
2 - boiled eggs (chopped up)
2 - eggs (beaten)
1 - small white onion (chopped up)
2 - cups of cooked chicken
1 - tablespoon of sage
4 - cups hot chicken broth
Mix all ingredients up in a large mixing bowl adding enough hot broth to make the mixture moist but not soupy. Spray the interior of a large crock pot, or use a liner, and spoon the mixture into the crock pot. Best results are cooking it on low heat for 6 hours. It is good!:icon_hungry:
