I really don't have written in stone recipes. I just sort of make it up as I go along. I sauteed some onions and peppers and added them along with some thawed, frozen, chopped broccoli and canned mushrooms to a dozen scrambled eggs. I then added several handfuls of grated mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Lastly, some black pepper, red pepper flakes and a few other spices that I can't remember. Sprayed a cake pan with Pam dumped it in and baked it for a little over an hour.

There is no crust. I think that if it has a crust it's called quiche but I could be wrong.
