He could not wait until he had some information with credibility.
He had absolutely no value to add to waht was known at the time.
He had to upstage the President of France who did have content of substance.
He continuously demonstrates total and complete incompetence at any level on any subject.
Hope and pray we do not have an ISIS attempt here in America under his watch......even stating under his watch intimates more than he deserves.
