He could not wait until he had some information with credibility.
He had absolutely no value to add to waht was known at the time.
He had to upstage the President of France who did have content of substance.

He continuously demonstrates total and complete incompetence at any level on any subject.

I am convinced his advisors have devolved to self amusement by playing what can we do this time that is more stupid than the last time that the boss will just parrot without putting his brain in gear!!
