Recently, Charles Krauthammer alluded that he had no doubt some of the 30k emails Hillary deleted from her private email server very likely had references to the Clinton Foundation, which would be illegal and a conflict of interest.

The Clinton Foundation is "organized crime" at
it's
finest, and we are financing it.

Here is a good, concise summary of how the Clinton Foundation works as a tax free international money laundering scheme. It may eventually prove to be the largest political criminal enterprise in U.S. history.

This is a textbook case on how you hide foreign money sent to you and repackage it to be used for your own purposes. All tax free. Here's how it works:
1. You create a separate foreign "charity." In this case one in Canada.
2. Foreign oligarchs and governments, then donate to this Canadian charity.
(In this case, over 1,000 did -- contributing mega millions. I'm sure they did this out of the goodness of their hearts, and expected nothing in return. Imagine Putin's buddies waking up one morning and just deciding to send untold millions to a Canadian charity).
3. The Canadian charity then bundles these separate donations and makes a massive donation to the Clinton Foundation.
4. The Clinton Foundation and the cooperating Canadian charity claim Canadian law prohibits the identification of individual donors.
5. The Clinton Foundation then "spends" some of this money for legitimate good works programs. Unfortunately, experts believe this is on the order of 10%. Much of the balance goes to enrich the Clinton's, pay salaries to untold numbers of hangers on, and fund lavish travel, etc. Again, virtually all tax free, which means you and I are subsidizing it.
6. The Clinton Foundation, with access to the world's best accountants, somehow fails to report much of this on their tax filings. They discover these "clerical errors" and begin the process of re-filing 5 years of tax returns.
7. Net result -- foreign money, much of it from other countries, goes into the Clinton's pockets tax free and untraceable back to the original donor. This is the textbook definition of money laundering.

Oh, by the way, the Canadian "charity" includes as a principal one Frank Giustra. Google him. He is the guy who was central to the formation of Uranium One, the Canadian company that somehow acquired massive U.S. uranium interests and then sold them to an organization controlled by Russia. This transaction required U.S. State Department approval, and guess who was Secretary of State when the approval was granted. As an aside, imagine how former Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell feels. That poor schlep is in jail because he and his wife took $165,000 in gifts and loans for doing minor favors for a guy promoting a vitamin company. Not legal but not exactly putting U.S. security at risk.

Sarcasm aside, if you're still not persuaded this was a cleverly structured way to get unidentified foreign money to the Clinton's, ask yourself this:
Why did these foreign interests funnel money through a Canadian charity? Why not donate directly to the Clinton Foundation? Better yet, why not donate money directly to the people, organizations and countries in need?

This is the essence of money laundering and influence peddling

Now you know why Hillary's destruction of 30,000 e-mails was a risk she was willing to take.
Bill and Hillary are devious, unprincipled, dishonest and criminal, and they are Slick! Warning: They could be back in the White House in January 2017. Don't let it happen. Remember, most people are not well informed. You must inform and educate them.

You missed to mention that Hillary ordered Chelsea to get pregnant so it would play better with voters.

I think they got the idea from Mitt Romney how to hide money overseas, so why don't your cronies indict them?

I am amazed how you were able to read the original post with your head buried so deeply in the sand. Bait and switch all you want but I hear no factual denial regarding "The Foundation".

The Clintons are criminals and morally corrupt, but that is what the liberals like about them. They will rush out to vote for them, elect them, get screwed and happily bow and scrape to them as if they are royalty. Says bunches about the left. Easily led. Ever heard of "fools gold?" That's the Clintons.

I repeat "I think they got the idea from Mitt Romney how to hide money overseas, so why don't your cronies indict them?" Answer the quote or can't you think of anything but " head buried"

And their supporters wonder what happened.

Because Mitt Romney acted within the law, something that the Clintons show total contempt for. But, you already knew that, didn't you?

I don't know which post or poster you are questioning, but from what I could determine, the Romney's LEGALLY banked overseas and legally paid their taxes. From what I could see of the Clintons, not much has ever been done legally. Only their supporters seem to have their "head buried."

Your question has already been answered, but you don't like the answer. So, you keep repeating the question, over and over. You are like a turd that won't flush!

For the uninformed that ask if taking money out of the contry to avoid taxes is legal or not.....do a little homework on how many shell companies are formed outside the USA for the sole purpose of tax avoidance........from a small business to the fortune 500.

While one is at it check the fortune 500 to see how many foreign companies/subsidiaries they have off shore organized for the sole purpose of tax avoidance....you will be shocked to learn how many pay no taxes at all!!!

Most of them are well represented via the support they supply to the crony system in Washington, hence there is never any dispute.

Yes, liberals are sooo envious of the wealthy. They blame all their failures on the rich. It is so pathetic, the way losers whine about the inequity of being poor when the motivated are so rich.

Well, the Clinton debacle gets more revealing. With more of her emails revealed, it appears that they have uncovered an email instructing her staff on how to send classified information over her public email system. I wonder how much more evidence the FBI needs to indict her. The criminal case against her couldn't get any easier for any first year attorney to prosecute. Are they going to wait until she gets the Democrat nomination before charging her? Or, are they scurrying around wildly, attempting to find a substitute fill-in to replace her? It is obvious that Sanders has no chance at getting any adult votes to sustain a credible challenge against the GOP in the general election. Perhaps Obama has to confer with his A.G. as to how to go about pardoning her.
Stay tuned for the next episode of Hilary the incompetent SecState, also known as Hillary the scorned wife of slick Willy. Or maybe, Hillary the shyster that sold uranium to the Russians to fund her campaign.

Amazing how desparate that the Tea Bag Party is getting to have their minions post rubbish like this from their play book.

Sorry to burst your bubble, dude but I don't belong to the Tea Party, haven't been to any of their meetings, but I do agree with what they believe in. I consider being associated with them a compliment, even if your vulgar language makes you seem like a low life liberal, with no sense of patriotism or loyalty to anything but yourself. But, that's just my opinion.

Instead of calling names, why not prove that you are capable of a coherent conversation by explaining what part of my comment you disagree with? And not to demean you, but the proper spelling is "desperate."

If you wish to really get down in the gutter, you might get your stuff together and try to provide an intelligent retort. Because, to be honest with you, you seem to be the "desperate" one, indicating that you might be needy of the government nanny to take care of you. That might have been a bit harsh on you, but your vulgarity may have been instrumental in agitating me this morning. At any rate, if you are having a hard time of it today, I hope the rest of your day gets better for you.
