Have seen these advertised and they look interesting. If you have one is it easy to use and do you use it much?

Thanks.

We bought the one suggested by a popular recipe website, Skinnytaste. Used it for a few months with zuchinni noodles and haven't used it in some time. Another gadget in the closet. Easy to use but it gets boring after a few dishes of the same veggies.

Folks who do the "Wheat Belly" (this is the name of a book for those who don't know) way of eating will say this is the way to make "noodles". I can't speak to it and if it's great but those who I've read about with using it say it's fabulous.

Mine was a gift, from Bed Bath, I think. Use it all the time. Best with zucchini.

If you use lots of veggies, it give you a different perspective.i have been using a julienne tool for years. This is quicker, but you have core left over to dice
