I would drink water or nothing if I had to drink diet anything. Plus it taste like S£££ to me. IMO just cause it says diet don't mean it heathy. Diet just means it has few less calories. But, to get those few less calories you get subsidized by another chemical that may make it worst than the extra sugar your trying to avoid.
