Cane Garden appetizer

We ate 2-3 times at Cane Garden on our LSP last Feb-Mar. Loved it.

We ordered a flatbread appetizer that had turkey and teryaki sauce on it and some veggies, maybe green onion?

Is anyone familiar with this appetizer and could you describe it better so maybe I could make it at home??
