Usually that happens when someone is very very nervous. I would think though that he has addressed many groups in the past. It is contagious though.

It is indeed contagious. I have seen this on the news twice before and now here. I start giggling laughing with him each time. Feels good to laugh!

I may have known some people that :1rotfl: uncontrollably like this on occasion in the 70s. I wonder if he was really :icon_hungry::icon_hungry: was in about an hour?
