I didn't understand a word he was saying but it still made me laugh.

Usually that happens when someone is very very nervous. I would think though that he has addressed many groups in the past. It is contagious though.

It is indeed contagious. I have seen this on the news twice before and now here. I start giggling laughing with him each time. Feels good to laugh!

I may have known some people that uncontrollably like this on occasion in the 70s. I wonder if he was really was in about an hour?
