Outstanding, we need more treatment and less punishment for simply using. I applaud them.

Wonderful.

It is anyone's guess how many people addicted to these drugs forgo treatment, simply because even applying for treatment means you're admitting to a crime. There should be more of these amnesty programs that offer free treatment. Much more.

Also, another thing that cuts down on community costs is a safe injection location that hands out clean needles.
