Yes, it is The Villages that is building the family housing between Hammock and the water tower and right across the road, east of the current 301, they are building the new industrial park. The 301 re-route is going down the west side of Hammock.

I hope that the people that live there love their Village but having lived in several places in The Villages, The Hammocks of Fenney might be the last place that I'd consider.
