Wait until they re-route 301, build the family housing next door and industrial park across the street. When 50%+ of the surrounding land has not been used for The Villages homes you gotta know something is coming that you're not gonna like. Enjoy it while you can.

Not sure we’re gonna be as squeezed in as you say.

Why does everyone call it Finney ? It’s Fenney

But I can tell you it’s my favorite part of the Villages, but I might be just saying that cause it’s where I live. Everyone thinks their “village” is the best.

Yes, it is The Villages that is building the family housing between Hammock and the water tower and right across the road, east of the current 301, they are building the new industrial park. The 301 re-route is going down the west side of Hammock.

I think someone was asking where Finney is as it is Fenney and Finney doesn’t exist. No different than everyone going to Lake Sumpter instead of Lake Sumter.

There is no Lake Sumter. It’s Cherry Lake. Lake Sumter Landing is a Villages construction.
