Does anybody have any suggestions or recipes for my company Christmas lunch. I usually bring devil eggs which is a big hit. I was interested in bringing something additional to this years lunch. I'm interested in your tried and proven knock out recipes that people just love! :) Thank you for your help. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all!

Caramel apple dip. I brought this to a party last weekend and it went fast!
2 - 8 oz. cream cheese softened
1 - bottle of caramel syrup (syrup that you pour on top of ice cream)
8 - 10 crushed mini Butterfinger bars
Mix together, pour into a serving dish and top with more crushed Butterfingers. Slice a dozen apples (I use 6 green and 6 red at Christmas time) and place on a platter with dip in the middle). Make sure you get some before it is gone! Enjoy!

1 LARGE can chicken drained. 13oz
1 pkg Philadelphia cream cheese 8oz
1 bunch green onions cleaned and chopped small
5-6 shakes soy sauce
Allow cream cheese to soften and mix all ingredients together with hands. Form into ball and serve with Triscuits or Wheat Thins.
Easy and amazingly good.

Another good spread...8 oz. of softened cream cheese formed into a log. Roll in lemon pepper spices...m-m-good! (I get almost all my spices at TJMaxx). They usually have a great selection.

But be sure to label these. There are lots of us who are deathly allergic to shell fish. :ohdear:

1 lb. Velvetta, cut into small cubes
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 lb. hot sausage (Webbers or Edwards)
Tortilla chips
Brown sausage and drain well. Melt cheese in crock pot (several hours) or in microwave. Add tomatoes and sausage and heat through (or keep in crock pot, stirring occasionally). Serve on tortilla chips.
Refrigerate leftovers and when needed microwave, stirring often.
I've never made this that people don't ask for the recipe!!
