Spelt

Has anyone tried Spelt? My son cooked some last night with churrizzo sausage. it was wonderful. The blurb says that Spelt is a 7,000 year old grain, well it did not look that old! ;) But, very tasty.

I use spelt flour for making bread in my bread machine. It's much healthier than other wheat.
