Just looked at the recipes, er YUMMY!!
But am a little confused, can someone tell me what the 'C' means? as in:

½ C. Flour
6 Whole Eggs
1 C. Whole Milk
1 C. Heavy Cream
½ C. Sugar
T. Pure Vanilla Extract
2 C. Shredded Coconut
As I am from the U.K. we size things differently!

I have several cookbooks from other countries and have found the conversion charts on this webpage to be invaluable since I find it hard to do the conversions in my head....

Metric Conversion Calculator for Cooking and Recipes (http://southernfood.about.com/library/info/blconv.htm)

Several recipes here I want to try too.

Great list of links to The Villages Gourmet Club recipes......
Was wondering what to do with some boneless chicken breasts.
Will definitely do "Dottie's Chicken Piccata"..........

In exchange, here is a link to some nostalgic dishes for Octoberfest; not gourmet but those from Michigan, Wisconsin, and all points north will remember them.........

All Recipes is a great website. You can keep a running grocery list plus list of your favorite recipes. Various folks critique the recipes and explain how they make the same dish.......all interesting........

You can print out the recipes in an extra large format, with or without the photo.

I've found some LONG LOST gems on this site.
