Home, sick with a cold, enjoying my neighbor's homemade chicken soup. Husband is at same neighbor's enjoying her annual Halloween Chinese dinner. Good thing I LOVE chicken soup!

>>>>>Baked skinless butter rubbed "Chicken Thighs",
........... with a thick coating of Shake and Bake.

>>>>>Corn on the cob.

>>>>>Cottage Cheese.
............with a side of FRESH Cut Pineapple.

...........Sour Cream for topping on the chicken when served.
..............(yup that makes up for the healthy Skinless deal.)

>>>>>>Giant sized UN-Sweet Tea.

Got hooked on the Shake-n-Bake back in the day when a Sis-in-Law
was the Spokesperson for the product. They shipped it to us by the case.
