Hello
I'm looking for a program that I can add clients to. Names, Addresses, and Contact info. Then be able to see it on my phone. So I can see which client I need to meet that day in order. Windows Computer Samsung Phone Thanks in advance Last edited by indianahurricane; 02-27-2025 at 05:39 PM. |

To get a meaningful reply, we need to know what phone (android, apple, other), but on my android phone the calendar function would probably if you just need a simple list. If you need to sort by any of the fields, you may need a database product that will work with your calendar function of the database will need to be able to sort on the fields associated with date and time. IMHO, i would try your paly store or equal and search on work assignments or a similar item. I just noticed your title, if you are sharing this between the phone and the computer we will also need to know the type of computer Windows or Apple.

I don't know how to do it on Windows, but I have a Samsung phone and a Samsung tablet. I use the Smart Switch app to sync the contacts wirelessly between the phone and the tablet using the Contacts app. You can create a "group" in Contacts for clients and use that to access all of the client information. I also use Google Calendar to schedule appointments. Appointments created on the tablet automatically sync to the phone. I don't know if that is what you are looking to do.

Don't post your entire email address, but which email system are you using? gmail.com or aol.com or hotmail.com or ??? More than likely, the email system has an app that can be installed on your phone and everything will sync - email/contacts/calendar. The Samsung Apps Store on your phone is where you can look for an app.

Every smartphone on the planet, no matter what type, has an Address Book built in. Why look for a special app?

But it is 2025: google search would probably be a better answer from working stiffs, most here are no longer working so the need to link customer names, addresses and phone numbers is an anachronism. good luck |

Google. Gmail, contacts, calendar, and a host of other handy things are seamlessly integrated. The only cost is your privacy. They know everything about you. I dropped the car at Walmart for service, and walked thru the store for an hour. Google Maps wanted to know all about it. Do the sell XYZ brand of golf balls? Did the lingerie department have pink foo foos? I guess lingerie is near sporting goods? Holy cow!
