We switched to Allstate since our car insurance is with them and we get multiple-vehicle and multiple-coverage discounts (since golf carts aren't considered automobiles, it's a different type of insurance). We were paying somewhere around $180-something, now we're paying something like $140-something. Just got a quote from Allstate for $112 for full coverage and Progressive for $108 (took Progressive, I have a grudge against Allstate from 30+ years ago plus they were $1200 more than GEICO for my auto insurance).

If I paid monthly it was like $33 more for the year. Did it all online in 10 minutes.

If you have had any accidents, claims, tickets or lousy credit on ANY POLICY you rate can be much higher. I have none of those.
