I would like to give a "high five shout out" to Investment Painting and their crew. The crew, lead by Eric and 3 other young men showed up promptly at 8am Monday morning and completed our entire house, almost 2,000 sq ft. including the Lanai and Garage, by 4pm on Tuesday! They were very courteous and upbeat and personal young men. They made sure everything was covered, moved furniture and left the house clean, but most importantly they did a fantastic job! I would not hesitate to recommend Investment Painting.

We have used Investment Painting Contractors twice to paint the interior of our home (walls, ceiling and trim) and they always do a fantastic job. Last week we hired them to paint the outside of our designer stucco home and were again impressed. They always show up on time and they did the entire house by late afternoon. We had Investment Painting Contractors paint our kitchen cabinets this week. They did an excellent job! Eric, Henry and David worked very well together to make our sad, tire old oak cabinets look brand new!! They are very neat and clean up after they are done! They are also very courteous and friendly!

This is the second job Investment Painters have done for us.....6 years ago they painted the entire inside of our house in 1 day so that we could move in before painting!

The Very Best and our only Go-To painting contractor
 

I have nothing but many kudos for Chris Gibbs and his staff who promptly came in and did an outstanding job for one of my real estate clients who had left me with the task of getting their home prepared for its eventual sale. The family had taken their father back north a couple of years ago from the home he had bought in The Villages back in 2000. They asked me to place it on the market knowing it would need a lot of TLC to bring it back into shape. The father had been unable to keep up with its maintenance for a number of years so that the walls, trim and all the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms needed to be painted and brought back to life. Likewise, the outside of the house including the pool and bird cage area required even more work and effort. If it wasn’t for the talented job provided by the Investment Painting Contractor crew, it would never be worth the value it is today! I personally cannot say enough about their “professionalism” not to mention their "capability". They are now my Go-To organization whenever I should incur any future painting requirements. I can’t recommend them enough!!!!

There is no question in my mind that Investment Painting does quality work; that is apparent from all the reviews from so many residents.

However, when I received a quote from Chris Gibbs of around $3,500 to paint the interior of a vacant, barely 1,400 sq. ft. house, I couldn't believe my ears!

Investment Painting Contractors is proud to announce its 53rd Birthday. The Co was started to help me thru college, I lost my deferment and ended up in Vietnam. After the military I hired all Vietnam Vets an painted Gas stations in Chicago. Since then I have never look back or been out of work. I retired in 2008 and Chris Gibbs a long time employee and friend took over the business. Mary and I moved to the Villages and to our surprise Chris moved the company to Summerfield. We are proud of the company and all the nice post on Talk Of The Village about Chris and the "GUYS". Happy Birthday Len & Mary Boczkowski.

Investment Painting Contractors just completed the painting of baseboards in our IRIS model home. Eric, David and Henry did an excellent job as we requested and all three were professional, courteous, talented and just likeable. We are VERY pleased with their work and would certainly use them again and highly recommend their services.

Based largely on the positive reviews here on ToTV, we had Investment Painting Contractors paint all the doors and trim in our home. The crew was polite, respectful, hard working, and they did a fantastic job. Noticed a few spots that needed a small touchup, and they came out the next day and took care of them. I highly recommend Investment Painting Contractors and will use them for all future painting jobs!

I recently had Investment Painting repaint the Master Bedroom and guest bath along with my exterior lamp post and light fixtures. They also touched up some other areas and patched a few holes.


I had recommended them before to family and friends and site inspected their work but this was the first time I used them.
