I never thought about this before, but here's my two cents...
This could be done for next to nothing. Find a scrap of cardboard and cut out an image to make a stencil. Spray a light coat of paint in a color that contrasts with the color of the screen. This might only need to be done on the inside of the screen. From what I've been reading, the problem seems to occur most often when exiting. I have no idea how well this will work, but YOU can test it and get back to me  |

Update on Michele's Hideaway Screens
Based in part on feedback received on this site we decided to have Michele's install a motorized roll-up screen on the garage. Best decision we could have made! Screen was installed today and Jack, the installer, did an outstanding job. Highly professional and took a lot of care in the entire process. Highly recommend this company.

We also used Michele's Screens. Had double front door screens on our first house (a grand ficus) and liked their work so much, we used them again when we bought on the south side. We got the heavier duty screening with a "hem" at the bottom so it is thicker and stays in the track nicer. We wouldn't consider anyone but Michele's.
