I have no definition of my own. I have used the term WOKE as it is defined on any search engine. Apparently, by their definition there are a lot of folks misusing the term. That's what happens frequently with new, made up terms. Perhaps, instead of misusing the term, folks should just say what they mean without trying to be upbeat?

LOL, must not be reading much of what they preach! So, what are students going to use as their reading material during religion class in parochial schools? Such a dilemma. Teaching kids that homosexuals are going to hell, is pure hatred. WWJD?

God doesn't belong in public school, if you must god belongs in Sunday school and religious schools. Blame it on the founding fathers.

I NEVER said she said that there was anything wrong with the Talmud.

I DID say she doesn't believe in it... Which she has said.

She made the statement that she is not a "Religious Jew" (ie, one who subscribes to the Torah/Talmud), but is a "Cultural Jew"... Her words, not mine...

And you still haven't answered why you know I'm "lying"... Please expound on that accusation...

Me? I don't care about the Talmud. I mean, I've read it, but I have no personal emotional attachment to it. I have a cultural attachment to it since I'm Jewish, but I'm a non-practicing Jew and really don't give a flying fig. I think the New Testament, the Torah, the Book of Shadows, the Quran, the Bhaghavad-gita, the Book of Mormon, and all other holy books of various religions should be in public and school libraries so that students and others can read them and learn ABOUT these religions.

But the school district in Utah created a law forbidding books in the schools containing vulgarity and violence, and the Bible (old and new testaments both) is chock full of both.

Amen to that! It will be Christians burning in hell, because no others believe that stuff and it would be a great thing if someone would stop them from trying to push their beliefs on everybody else.

If you are right and Christians are wrong, then they have lost nothing. But, if they are right and you are wrong, then you had better enjoy what life you have left.
