We played El Diablo about 3 months ago and it was in terrible shape.

We again played it yesterday and I’m happy to say that the condition of the course has improved .

All of the greens were in very good condition. The weeds all over them are gone. Decent collar around most of the greens.

Tee boxes were a mix of good and bad but again an improvement over the previous time .

All we need now is some good steady rain to perk up these courses during the growing season !

I’m also very happy to say that tee times , both through requests and open times are becoming easier to get thanks to the departure of the snowbirds and renters . In a few more weeks , it should be clear sailing for a few months…

Anyhow , I would give El Diablo a B rating , up from the previous C rating…..

Sure did ! The ratings I give the courses are based on my personal opinion. I’ve made that clear before.

well on 4/21 #9 was completely Brown and #1 wasnt much better

Without snowbirds and renters your only restaurants would be McDonalds and KFC.
