Thanks Boomer. I suspected the CC sizes were "generous" to give us a false sense of being petite again.

Sizes tend to be "true" to generous, not a bad thing.
Good thing is that you can try them on in the store to get a idea of sizing.

I've now had artificial nails for over a month (the first time ever). I just love them. For the first time in my life, my nails always look nice.

My new nails are gel and I have french tips. I know that there are also acrylic and solar nails and something called pink and white.

Can anyone explain to me what all those terms mean? I asked them to explain at the Nail Salon but there is a language barrier and I'm not understanding why a person would choose one type over another.

Bare! Put those peckers away! Never would have let you get your nails done if I knew you were going to obsess on them! :1rotfl:

p.s. You nails look beautiful. I don't know the difference. I just know the acrylic are cheaper! :shrug:

Chels, I have an obsessive need to research everything. I can't buy a fly swatter without researching all the different types and prices.

I drive myself crazy. I'm trying to quit.

Out of curiousity, Barefoot, are you an engineer? ;) I hear they are afflicted with the same qualities. (Or should I say blessed?)

I just tried a new Nails place. It opened a month ago. Golf cart accessible. Located beside Bonefish Grill in Buffalo Ridge on 466. I used Cindy, and I think she does a good job. Competition for Hollywood Nails for sure.

This time I got pink and white nails. I just started this whole artificial nail thing in October; and I sure do like having nice nails. (Chels thinks I'm suffering from a serious nail obsession. I fear she may be correct.)
