Re: What One Good Thing Did You Do For Yourself Today?
Today I started learning how to play mah-jongg with a good friend. And I'm not cooking tonight! Yeah!

Re: What One Good Thing Did You Do For Yourself Today?
I took my second mah jongg lesson today with a good friend and I am not cooking tonight either. That's a good thing I did for myself and a great day in TV. :) :)

Re: What One Good Thing Did You Do For Yourself Today?
I bought Dove chocolate today to put into a candy basket to be auctioned off at our school carnival next week. I'm afraid that chocolate may never make it into the basket!

Re: What One Good Thing Did You Do For Yourself Today?
I agree that the Butterfish at Up the Creek is wonderful, but last night I ordered the grilled chicken alfredo. Talk about calories and cholesterol!! As usual I brought half of it home and had it for lunch today. I enjoyed every sinful mouthful!

Re: What One Good Thing Did You Do For Yourself Today?
I'm going to sit back and imagine the grilled chicken alfredo. Yes, I have a vivid imagination and it tantalizes my taste buds...the rich creamy velvety sauce is smooth and seasoned to perfection. The noodles are cooked al dente allowing the sauce to coat each piece like a gentle rain slowly dripping down a window. Oh, what a taste sensation.
OK, it's about time to eat for real....a soy meatball sandwich in a diet bun and baked french fries.... |
Re: What One Good Thing Did You Do For Yourself Today?
Bright..... You are so focused and good and will be forever trim with your attitude.....but honestly, all I can say is...... YUK to soy meatballs etc. Give me the alfredo and then I will be :cus: tomorrow. I need an attitude adjustment. |
Re: What One Good Thing Did You Do For Yourself Today?
No attitude adjustment is necessary beady.
#1 You have a great shape and are not fat at all. #2. I love Bright dearly, but she eats the most disgusting food there is. I am so glad that is the only aspect of her that I find yucky. The rest of her is practically perfect. So if you want to imitate don't choose that one dimension of her. Starving is preferable to what she eats. Plus Bright do you know that soybeans are responsible for the deforestation of 50% of the Amazonian Rainforest...which is sending us all into a serious environmental catastrophe? |
Re: What One Good Thing Did You Do For Yourself Today?
Guess I'd better stick to fungus yum, yum |
Re: What One Good Thing Did You Do For Yourself Today?
Since I am seasonal, and it is my season to be in Canada, I have to live vicariously through the Forum and Chat. :'( I feel like everyone graduated and went on to high school and I got demoted to Grade 4. I feel like I'm at a wonderful party where everyone is laughing and dancing, but I'm not allowed in .. I have to stand in the dark and look inside. :'(
Feeling sorry for myself you say? Possibly. But I know how to cure self pity .. chocolate, lots of dark chocolate. Thanks heavens for talking cats. ;) |
Re: What One Good Thing Did You Do For Yourself Today?
Barefoot think of it this way, 1/2 of your friends are in TV and 1/2 are not, but we are all at the same party no matter where we live.
|
Re: What One Good Thing Did You Do For Yourself Today?
I do need an adjustment. It would be so healthy for me to lose some weight but I just can't get started.
So, I have decided to do it slowly and work into healthy eating...... To begin, I resolve to switch from milk chocolate to dark chocolate. I think that's a good start ;) Barefoot: Susan is correct you are still at the party. We miss you here for sure but you are with us through TOTV. That' good.:) :) |
Re: What One Good Thing Did You Do For Yourself Today?
