Default Wells Fargo legal processes are the worst!

Doing legal trust ownership work:

Two times

1) takes months to get it done.
2) had to change ownership twice and both times, I read the supplied applications, both times pointed out mistakes, both times the applications had to get redone, taking weeks.

No wonder they are just the most fined financial institution for crappy management, it's just not worth their custodianship. . can't wait to extract the funds from there.

Both Vanguard and Fidelity took 2-3 weeks and done right the first time. .

I once used WF to obtain a residential mortgage. It was a lengthy, drawn out nightmare, three or four times as difficult as it normally is in my experience. It was a deal during the 3% years so I keep it going, why pay it off? When rates rose WF sold it to Mr. Cooper. lol. I want nothing to do with WF.

One of the forebearers of WF was a bank called First Union...otherwise known as the FU bank.

WF is maintaining its position as the FU bank.

I have had extensive dealings with WF since it took over Wachovia. But, after a couple of years of total frustration, I stopped all dealings with them. They have no customer service. I would place them at the same level as Comcast or Infinity. They simply do not care at all!

Interesting what people who have used them are calling them. Would think that would spur management to make improvements but guess not.
