Mustard makes me sick.
Ketchup or relish works fine'

Dirty Harry is right in saying that nobody puts ketchup/catsup on a hot dog.....except my father did and my wife does. When we go to Costco, we always get a dog for lunch and she can't finish hers. I have to suffer. Hot dogs are to be dressed with either mustard and/or relish or chili. Using ketchup/catsup is just...... un-American. So take it from Harry Callahan. he's right

can you even get grits in TV?

All you have to do is ask. I always get grits with my breakfast. But a warning - some places are better than others and they always give you a bowlful - way too much for me.

Terribly off topic, but where do you like the grits for breakfast, z?

OK I was born and raised in Chicago, lived there all my life till moving here and YES I put ketchup on my hotdogs, can't stand relish but everything else is fine....LOl I have eaten them this was since the days of hot dog cart venders that came around the neighborhoods selling the best Chicago dogs ever. I don't use a lot but that's my preference and it never bothered anyone I knew both on south side and north side :)

You can even get shrimp and grits in TV.

Ketchup and Mayo is for French fries.

TooJays in Spanish Springs, Plaza in Belleview, Billy's on rt 441.

Most of the others are soupy.

I like grits too. How do you cook your grits? You like 'em regular, creamy, or al dente?

I like them not soupy, but not dry either. Enough butter, salt & pepper. Ooh, It's been so long since I've had grits. And sunnyside-up eggs. Bacon.:mmmm:

Soooooo, to stay on topic, do you put ketchup/catsup in your grits?

I like my grits in a bowl and not on the plate with my eggs and bacon/ham/sausage and potatoes.That will keep the ketchup away from the grits. I do like ketchup and tabasco sauce on my scrambled eggs and home fries.
