I cannot even get to the dog park without having to using the portable toilet after I have been there a short time. And not for NOTHING. And three hour movies have to be seen more than once because I miss parts. And some of these might be things I should see.

Nope not Franks & Beans -- nothing less than one of my favorite Sicilian recipes: Pasta con Cavolfiore, pignoli, aglio y uva passa covered with formaggio Locatelli.

What a joy to see a thunderous rapid boil and then when the spaghetti was put in the pot, the water recovered to a 2nd vigorous boil. How we missed that 2nd boil.

After 3.5 years trying to get used to an electric stove, I feel like we are finally whole again. There is nothing like cooking with gas, imo.

I don't know what that first part of the equation you mentioned is but because it comes from NOTHING but the Boot (Sicily) I'm NOTHING but only listening. Four Get about it, please! :1rotfl: Beautiful. :pray:

Well here I am again... sitting here on this little metal folding chair with no one to talk and nothing to say... Where the heck is everybody at?

It worked for me -- although I don't need it. The translation is:

Pasta With Cauliflower, pine nuts, garlic and raisins covered with Locatelli cheese.

The cauliflower florets are par boiled and then sauteed in extra virgin olive oil with a lot of garlic. The pine nuts and raisins are added and sauteed for another 2-3 minutes. This mixture is served on top of spaghetti with a sprinkling of grated Locatelli or Romano Pecorino cheese -- nothing else.

Very Sicilian, very delicious.
