Getting back to the YES DEAR thing. Once hubby and I move down there, I'm going to send him into training with you guys for awhile. He hasn't quite got that down yet. Not sure if after 35 years one can change that, but if you don't try, the answer is always NOTHING.

Nothing but certain it will happen. Letting you inside a man's world and I'm sure there will be a funny answer to this. We finally realized it's not important to win every battle. It's just important to live peacefully and win the war. Ooops Damn. Now you all know. :1rotfl:

I guess there's NOTHING more to be said other then "YES DEAR"

Be NOTHING but careful.. Mrs. K worked in a trauma center for years.. The most common injury for guys over 50 was falling off a ladder..

NOTHING but the truth.. Most of the time the battle requires more energy than just doing what she asks anyway..

So going to battle does NOTHING but waste energy and creates hard feelings.

While saying "Yes Dear" takes less energy and keeps things happy..

I'm all for saving energy and being happy..

Wow, love you guys' answers. Apparently I have a tough one on my hands because I'm a pretty good battler. :boxing2:

Yep, I'll be signing him up for Camp KNJ&W for NOTHING but boot camp training in that category. :a20:

That's nothing. Why would you put a ladder in a trauma center in the first place?

I was Nothing but a battler at one time but it was verbal at home which I learned can be as hurtful as a physical punch if not more so. I loved a good burn the barn down
in the good old days all out, include everybody battle 40 plus years ago. Now not so much, I would go around the battle if possible. Did I say that (Urkel) I'm becoming so sensitive? I still like to stir the pot but only for a hardy laugh, almost never at someone's expense. Except for a few people who are show off's. I like to zing 'em and make it hurt so good.

A bar fight in New Jersey 30 years ago was amazing. The business owner would call the police and they would come and move the fight outside, and watch the fight, I swear its true.

I hear what you're saying, Nucky, and couldn't agree more. A war of words can be NOTHING but destructive to both parties involved.

Our tiffs these days can be NOTHING but funny sometimes. I remember one day not too long ago we were arguing about some dumb thing, when I finally said, what the heck are we arguing about anyway? And he replied, "I don't remember either", and we both busted out laughing. Some times older age works to one's advantage.

Nothing in media escaped Burns and Allen, vaudville, theatre, movies, radio and Television. Enjoy this "youtube" of their early years.

Thanks, tomwed, really enjoyed that, even the static in the video at the beginning........took me back in time.

NOTHING but classic.
