Dalmatians are one of the worst shedding breeds but I have a robo vac that goes around daily and tries (key word) to keep it in check. The dog ate my NOTHING again |

And you're NOTHING but getting carried away with that little tag line that Nucky instigated........I love it!! :1rotfl: |

Anyway, I can barely keep my eyes open. This may be NOTHING but a good day for a nap. Especially since I have no one here to bother me today. |

I only go to one or two movies a week unless my relatives are here and they want to fill every day with a movie outing. I don't get naps when the kin are around, either. Talk Talk - Talk Talk 1982 - YouTube |
So NOTHING but missed out on my nap, but not because I was watching videos. Caught up with an old friend by phone instead. Well worth missing nap time. I'm sure someone on here took one for me - lol.
How about the rest of you guys? What's going on down there? Did the weather warm up? It's NOTHING but feeling like winter up here. Snow on it's way tomorrow night into Sunday. |

That dog that K-Man said should be named Nucky would be NOTHING but a compliment except just so you know my tail isn't that long.
I'm going to Nap now, I'm the leader of that department. Ready One Two Three Commence Nappy Poo! |

Just NOTHING but got up because somebody had to go out to do peeps. I'm trying to do it inside more often! Yuck!
I have kept my self imposed promise to not just go anywhere at any time like in Jersey. No choice there. (Traffic) Luca really likes the furniture, NOT! He's not really big enough to hurt it but it's just something we don't prefer. He's a quick learner but he keeps mumbling thing to us under his breath in I talian. Something about Napping or Sleeping with Samon or Lobster??? I dunno! Go Get 'Em Luca! |

Your post is funny, Nucky. Enjoy hearing about the adventures of Luca. It adds a whole new dimension to our little Village of NOTHING. You sound so happy. I hope Mrs Nucky is too...... |
Good morning all you Sweet Nothings
Hate to be the one to bring it up but ..... since I haven't heard a peep out of anyone I'll be the first to ask the question: How are the DIETS going? It's been ten days since we first discussed. N has been preoccupied with his new little cannoli, Abby, unfortunately, has had to deal with family issues, Tal will probably lose his weight in blood. So that leaves K, FW and me. So how is it going team? I'm not going to brag but I've been on board, of course I have a strong incentive (each 1 lb of weight lost equals 4-6 lbs of pressure relieved on my hip) and so far, I'm pleased with the results. How is everyone else doing? |

I watch my 600-lb life for motivation (there but for the grace of God) and follow their 1200 calorie, high protein, low carb approach. For me what has helped is I have a spreadsheet and I write down every single thing that goes into my mouth. I think this is the longest I have stayed on a diet without cheating in my entire life. |

Took up weightlifting in the early 1980s in Reno, Nevada and had a friend who married a gym owner so went to that gym. She was a lot more muscular than I was at that time. Then started walking everywhere up very steep hills in Belmont, CA and busing to night classes in Spanish at the College of San Mateo while working at Information Access Company as an indexer/abstractor. Did take the BART to San Francisco and south to Palo Alto though or the buses. |

Big deal -- I use to weigh nothing but 8 lbs 4 ounces. :icon_wink: :a040: |

My major exercise now is NOTHING but picking my 11 lb dog up when he is being a brat. He wants to go that way and I want to go this way. I do let him get his way with me often though. |

Did show my healed boots off to Kim when I first got them and she had just been out on a date the night before wearing high heals. She is an old female friend who might read Talk of the Villages. Moved out of this area though, unfortunately. Just a friend. She is not that old though, maybe 55 now. Known her since 2015 or thereabouts. |

According to my Weight Tal, I'm supposed to be 12 feet 8 inches tall. :1rotfl::1rotfl::1rotfl: I still have kept many of the terrible habits that I've broken, still broken. The main one is soda. The other is snacking on garbage. Like an alcoholic looking at the first drink, I had that feeling in a Gas Station on our trip and bought and drank a Diet Coke. It was horrendous and I felt guilty doing it but am glad I did. Back to no more soda for me with one exception. I have a Root Beer when we go out to eat because for me ordering NOTHING but water is not good. Brucenelson in another post yesterday suggested a documentary called TAPPED on Amazon Prime Or YOUTUBE. It may or may not change your outlook on bottled water. Check it out, it's about an hour long. I feel better when formally dieting with Adult Supervision. |
As far as Drinking, That is NOTHING but on the no testing list for me. Life is so much easier without Boozing And Cruising.
Seem's like every time I drank in the old day I always broke out in Handcuffs. (An Old One I Didn't Make Up) Didn't say I didn't like it. How's that for a NOTHING mental image. |
