Thanks for asking - yes, he is doing better. Not 100% but much better. I say that because he isn't back to helping his buddy with his construction project yet, or the gym, so I know he's not quite back to normal.

My stomach thinks my throat got cut. This diet is a Big Fat Nothing. Gotta go to sleep before I screw it up. Last night I dreamed my pillow was a marshmallow an I tried to eat it. It tasted like nothing but feathers.

I'm on a light diet, I only eat when its light out. :pray::angel:

I spent yesterday and part of today in an annual certification class.. Luckily the outage meant almost NOTHING to me.
