I lost internet for awhile yesterday.. NOTHING but aggravating when you're trying to get work done..

We got up to 57 today but they're calling for snow over the weekend..

So hope when I wake up tomorrow, it will be NOTHING but my last day re-visiting the winter wonderland theme.

Also hope that Nucky gets his internet problem corrected. Do you have Century Link? I just saw an email from TOTV about Century Link posters having some problems.

Mrs. K brought home a peach pie.. NOTHING like hot peach pie with vanilla ice cream on top..

Abby I hope this storm doesn't leave you buried. I have friends in Alabama that got hit pretty hard last night. Big wind and hail did NOTHING but severe damage to their house and cars..

Yes The Centurylink problemo got me. Almost two years with no problem, they get a pass on this snafu. Nothing but respect for them so far. I would never go back to the other option. See you'd soon.

Sorry to hear about your friends. That sounds like NOTHING but a disaster - wow! We're looking at about 10 inches or more of snow. Better that than what your friends went through. :pray:

Sent several Emails to TOTV'S crew. They handled the problem in just hours with CenturyLink. When there is a problem they do their best to resolve it. Nothing but all the credit goes to TOTV'S staff. I'm baacckkk.

So we have to deal with the wicked snow thing again! I remember as a young child under 10 years old going out for a Easter Luncheon with our entire family. So let me see that would be at least 50 years ago. When we started to eat it was coming down steadily and by the time we finished eating we were stuck in the restaurant for hours with nothing to do but worry that we would be there for the rest of our lives. Snow has not been good to our family or our business and is Nothing but a bad memory for us, I hope. If one of our kids needed us we would return anytime of the year but we can't take the real cold and the thought of shoveling paralyzes me. So No Nucky Snow Angels or Snowmen in our future, hopefully.

This winter has me setting a deadline as to when we will be down there pretty much full-time, or at least 6 and 6 if we still have to carry this house up north. Before it was just pie in the sky as to when we could sell this house, but plans are changing. Time will tell. Another bad winter should do NOTHING but solidify things.

In honor of W I changed the oil in my lawnmower and tractor.. NOTHING but relaxing for the rest of the day.

But did you take them both apart and put them back together again? Lol

Holy Mackeral Andy. Three blades? Must be a big machine. I miss the old days of taking care of the lawn but in the summer I don't think it would be a good idea for me to be working too much in the heat. I wouldn't want to check out if you know what I mean. I do watch some Nascar Racing although Drag Racing is our families thing. Do you think that possibly one day Nascar will make right-hand turns instead of all lefts? If there is a suggestion box maybe it would be a great idea, more forward-thinking, how about 3 or 4 Roundabouts with no Pre Race Driver Training on each course. It could be interesting. :popcorn:

We got engaged at The Staten Island Zoo in front of the Peacock Exhibit. Thankfully she said yes, whew. My son asked his Step Mother To Be when she was expected to get her eyesight back. Real Funny kid, a chip off the old block.

The sunshine here has been NOTHING but great! The only good thing about snow this time of year - looks pretty, then leaves quickly. We've had some beautiful sunny days, although the evenings continue to cool off once the sun goes down. Looking forward to the warmer weather, although then we'll be doing NOTHING but complaining about how hot and humid it is - lol - can't win!
