I sure am!!! The doctor gave me a list of 20 or so water exercises to do. I was never so excited to follow a doctor's orders! Nothing but great news -- I am cleared with NO restrictions. Just need to gently exercise enough to get my muscles in shape.

I'm fine so knock me off the list. A Margarita did the trick for me. Just came back from a quick dinner with my husband of 36 years today. Neither of us felt like doing much for our anniversary so we hit our favorite Mexican restaurant for a quick bite to eat and a celebratory drink. I think another good night's sleep for me will knock this thing out before it goes too far. So like I told my husband, I'll say the same to all of you - you'll get NOTHING from me tonight because I'm going to bed at 8pm. :1rotfl:

Some of my friendships with women have lasted a while. One from 1983-1984 but I have not actually seen her in person since 1986 or so. She is on Facebook every so often.

And the girl I stood up for the junior prom at Earl Wooster High School in 1976 in Reno, Nevada was the very first person to post something directed at me in the "You Grew up in Reno in the 1960s and 1970s group" I joined about six years ago. She had not remembered why I did that and not for NOTHING. She was going to get a kiss or her German Shepherd was going to get a taste of me. Could have been some other big dog. It was no chihuahua. Kind of freaked me out at 17. Did catch up a lot on the happenings on in Reno, Nevada though.

The girl from 1976 in Reno was a very tall blonde.

Thanks, guys. Truth be told, it's been a wild ride at times. Many people along the way wondered if we would last and questioned why we stuck it out. But we're so glad that we did because we've never been happier than we are now. The thing is, because we've both been married a good bit longer than we were single and as such we've spent a lot of time growing up and growing with one another, we now have a lifetime of memories together. After the first disastrous relationship with paperwork, I wanted to start an NJ chapter of The He-Man Women Haters Club but with a beautiful Keister like mine, that club was attracting people from my own team. No judgment from me, I just meant I needed a break. As soon as I stopped looking Mrs. Nucky asked me out. She was recently divorced and was my bank teller. She always looked at my Passbook and back at me and was thinking I think I like Chubby Men! We still laugh about that, we still laugh, that’s the whole point. She is not a Blonde Nurse! Lol

I lived in CA, AZ and NV. And have visited VA, NC, and IN.

NOTHING but had to wait for AAA to come start a car that sounded like a machine gun when I tried to start it. He -- worker from Kandy's Towing-- replaced the battery at a discount and I am now off and running.

In the 1990s, I wrote a bunch of AAA state chapter heads to see what they would like to see in their local libraries for AAA members who might be the victims/survivors of crimes. Did this when I was using a lot of stamps doing stuff via the Post Office.

I would reduce the size of copies of letters I had received and send a bunch of them so that the person or institution I was writing could get an idea of what I was trying to do.

I had been thinking about AAA when waiting for Kandy Towing's to arrive.

Some of the AAA State chapters did reply. I do remember one from California which I had copied and reduced and re-copied a number of times. Then sent out with reductions of dozens of other received letters.

Connected to automobile driving, I had had a lot of interactions with Mothers Against Drunk Driving as they were into the same kind of grass roots community building networks I had tried to get developed. And not for NOTHING.

This was, of course, part of my 224 613 Project which was simply just my applying collection development techniques I had been taught while getting my MA at the University of Denver Graduate School of Librarianship and Information Management. Class of May 1984.

Noticed that this recent news room hire used to be a Cincinnati Bengals' cheerleader and not for NOTHING.

Saw a picture of her in her Bengals' cheerleading uniform on her Facebook page.

I do try to interact with the media of many communities quite a lot. Been doing that for decades. Even if it has often given me quite a headache as I have often thought some of them rather clueless about what I had been trying to do even if I tried to explain it over-and-over.

My sister-in-law was a cheerleader in high school and maybe Prom Queen. Not sure. I have four sister-in-laws through my two brothers two marriages each. Known some of these women a long time.

I just NOTHING but got back from Orlando Airport. What a Beautiful ride compared to the trips to JFK, La Guardia and Newark, one time to Philly Airport. Sent Mrs Nucky to Jersey for a Tune-Up. We'll see. The Doctors here have been doing fine but no use in Monkeying around, a Combo Plan where she gets to see Our Grandkids. The Kids laid the Guilt Thing on me this morning. I feel for them. I'm going to the Pool! Later Gators!
