I would have to be more than medicated - more like knocked out because I just wouldn't be able to sit that long. Or go on a plane that has a treadmill - lol.

What a great idea. Everyone could take turns on it kind of like the bathroom (another reason I don't like long flights). I so love to go places but just hate having to get there. I can't figure out how to get my NOTHING in so here it is.

Wanna save a couple of thousand? NOTHING but come here we'll rent a Kangaroo, the animal, we already have Kangaroo the gas station, I'll throw a couple of shrimp on the Barby and you can make believe you are in Australia. We'll all talk so you can't understand us also like they do Down Under. I wonder what they are under???

If the new plan doesn't work I hope you have fun!

My ideal vacation is never ever, ever never leaving The Villages for more than 48 hours ever again. Except for Cuba & The Keys.
I like it right here where I am. :1rotfl:  Please Dear Lord No More N.J. :1rotfl::1rotfl:

Nucky did you see the gorgeous 1950 Mercury in the classifieds? Maybe it's not too late to cancel the Sonata. Can't you just picture the fun you'd have in that? NOTHING but fabulous. Mrs Nucky would love it since it is as far removed from a Mini as you can get.

Mrs. FW I didn't see it yet but if its the Black one with the Big Whitewalls Then I have it for NOTHING but one of my screensavers. That show Chasing Classic Cars has given me an appreciation for cars I wouldn't even look at before.

I think if I changed my mind now it would be like living with Lorena Bobbit if you catch my drift.

I love the TOTV classified section, lots of stuff I don't need! :1rotfl:

We watch that show also. One of my favorite car shows was one of the Concours D'elegance shows that we went to one time. Absolutely some of the most amazing cars I have ever seen. I love the very rare very old cars that are so much a piece of history. Back when they had NOTHING in them but a heater and a radio.

Our youngest son dropped in out of nowhere yesterday around 5 PM. This is NOTHING other than the man, I can't believe it he is a man, where did the years go? Who is 26 and already has 8 years in the Army. He is doing some training at Ft Benning in Georgia and stopped by and made our day.

We are proud of him and the love for our country that has grown in him over the last eight years. I NOTHING but planted that seed but it would have died without the help of Uncle Sam.

We laughed last night at stupid memories, just priceless. I don't know how the families of our Soldiers can endure their absence from any training or any deployment. Have to give them credit to just like another friend of mine who's wife deserves a pat on the back for keeping the home lights burning in a fellow NOTHING'S absence. The families are heroes too.

I asked him how he handled being separated from his new beautiful wife for so long and he said, Toughen up buttercup. Part of my job Dad. Whoa! Could have knocked me over with NOTHING.

We offered him dinner anywhere he wanted and he said I drove 6 hours not to see you guys, I drove for a home-cooked meal. He chose Steak and Spanish rice with the little beans in it. He ate like they didn't feed him in a month.

So proud of our guy and gals and of all the families and people in the service and others who risk their lives to save ours. :bigbow: Peace Out! Hope the people in the service never have to use what they have learned.

I'm imagining a knock on my door and it's one of my kids. Nothing sounds better then that. great story

We are really leaving you out there all by your lonesome these last few nights. NOTHING personal. We're just all so relaxed now that you're back and some of us are trying to catch up on our sleep. Hopefully you are too. I'll try to stir up something about NOTHING once I get my energy back. :icon_wink:

Today, is Monday, September 10th. I hope you all have a wonderful day. I'll check in when I get back from work tonight, if not sooner. This is the first job where I actually get a break or 2 throughout the day. Haven't had that in the last 30+ years of working. I guess I never learned how to work smart, only hard. Even now with this easier job I have a hard time pacing myself. Nonetheless, it's a great pre-retirement job.

fw102807 09-10-2018 06:17 AM

I've been retired now for 2 years and it still feels a little surreal. After all of those years of working so hard and now being here where it is so beautiful all the time and I can choose what I want to do or do NOTHING. I still feel like I might wake up some day and find it is just a dream.

I was drawn into NOTHING a long while ago congratulating you on a new grandchild. Was that your only one?
