I took Dutch for Reading, German for Reading for Graduate Students, Italian for Reading for Graduate Students, Chinese, Japanese and Russian while still working at the U of MN just as something to do for fun with no pressure with respect to studying a lot. This was right after law school and I had had four degrees by then. NOTHING but a lot of work. Since they offered so many classes in languages I thought why not have some fun with them.

I took two semesters at the College of San Mateo in Spanish from a very nice Stanford U., educated professor but they often speak Spanish way too fast for me to understand. This was at night after working in Belmont, CA for Information Access Company.
